1. Event Period

2. Limited-Time Reward Upgrade

During the event period, when users successfully invite friends to register via their referral link/code, they will enjoy an upgraded trading commission for 12 months:

First-Month Bonus: You will earn an ultra-high commission rate of 80% during the first month after your friend's registration.
Sustained Earnings: You will earn a 40% commission rate from the 2nd to the 12th month after your friend's registration.

3. Scope and Eligibility

Friends must register on CoinCola using your exclusive referral link or code.
Commissions apply to P2P Trading, Spot Trading, and Margin Trading. The commission rate is the same across all three trading types.
The commission validity period starts from the date of your friend's registration and lasts for 12 months.

4. Commission Calculation

Trading commissions are calculated based on the actual transaction fees generated by the invitee: Commission Amount = Transaction Fee generated by the order × Current Stage Commission Rate. Note: Order Transaction Fee = Order Transaction Amount × Transaction Fee Rate.

5. Settlement and Distribution

P2P Trading: Commissions are calculated in real-time and automatically distributed to your P2P account.
Spot/Margin Trading: Commissions are calculated within 24 hours and distributed to your Spot account.
How to View: You can check specific income details under the "Commission Reward" category in the fund details of each currency in your P2P/Spot account.

6. Risk Control and Compliance

CoinCola strictly prohibits any form of fake invitation behavior (including but not limited to self-invitation via multiple accounts). Upon discovery, the platform will disqualify the user from all commissions and recover any rewards already issued.
